Who should I contact if I have additional questions or need more information?

If I apply online, how do I know that my application has been received and who will contact me?

When you apply online for a position, you will receive an automated response of receipt. Normally this is from the subscriber recruiter client of OilExec, who will thereafter liaise directly with you.

Sometimes OilExec posts positions and manages candidates on behalf of busy clients.  On these occasions you will be contacted initially by an OilExec staff member from one of our global offices dealing with the enquiry. Thereafter, short listed candidates may be contacted directly by the client.


How confidential is my resume posting?

Your resume will be seen by all of OilExec's recruiter clients, worldwide.  However, should you wish temporary or permanent confidentiality, once you have posted your resume and profile, you can edit it at any time. There is a menu titled 'status'.  Here you can select 'screen out' your profile, so that although you still have full, free access to OilExec.com to apply for positions,  recruiters will not be able to see or access your details, only OilExec’s administrators.


Where can I post my resume?

From the Applicant's homepage, go to New User Register.  Here you will be given a number of options including Post Resume.
